DOWNSIZED - CAREER CHANGE - NEW GRADUATE

Outplacement Plans are available to assist employees downsized, terminated or positions eliminated due to plant closings, business relocation or organizational restructurings. These are basic, simple programs to assist former employees emotionally and professionally with career transition. The goal is to show key salary and hourly employees how to minimize emotions and focus on moving on with career objectives with a “coach” and a plan of action.

Dual Career Relocation Plan is available to assist a transferred or newly hired employee’s spouse or significant other with their career continuance in a new area. This inexpensive plan helps eliminate some of the stress and trauma involved when a family member is asked to seek new employment in a new location.

Job and Career Coaching Plans are available for group or individual workshops.
A Certified Career Coach can perform career assessments to identify career values, motivational skills, personality style and career interests. These plans are valuable to companies, groups or individuals in evaluating career potential, succession planning goals and new job functions.

College Graduate Plans are available to assist new grads enter the job market. New grads need counsel on industries, positions and market trends relating to educational skills. They require a plan of action and knowing how to initiate the plan.
